Mining Boom Hits Cloncurry

We are please to announce the first master planned land estate for Cloncurry. With a desperate need for quality housing in Cloncurry we are offering 25 house and land packages of a quality not seen in Cloncurry before. With a permanent water supply being delivered by Xstrata mining to the Cloncurry region the mining industry is booming with an existing history of mining at three locations around the town expanding production. The new water supply has also attracted new operations with 3 new mines under the process of startup and a further 7 lodged for approval through the various government agencies. These are all mineral mining operations, some with lifespans in excess of 100 years.

All this renewed and new mining activity is having the follow on effect on housing with a drastic shortage of quality homes for rent in the area.
